There are those people who get all pumped for the first day of school, so they primp up and dress up and try to look their best for their first impression so that their teachers and classmates will be able to see how well groomed and lovely and presentable they can be...
...and then there's me.
As a side note, for those of you who actually believe me, NO I did not go to school like this today... at least not the hair part. :)
But hey, I figure, stay casual the first week so that once the school year gets going your classmates won't be all, "WOA! What happened to HER?!?" on your lazy days.
They'll have already grown accustomed. :)
P.S. Yes, the first day of college was today. Yes, it was so much less intimidating than I expected. Yes, I start Institute tomorrow. Yes, I am pumped. Yes, so far it is leagues better than High School. Yes, I am terrified to be at this point and on this threshold in my life. Yes, it's also the most exciting thing I have ever experienced. Yes, I plan on taking this bull by the horns. Yes, I also plan on consuming my body weight in Jamba Juice before the semester is over. :)
P.P.S. Does anybody else remember way back when, when Jamba Juice used to be called Zuka Juice????
