An {Update} Perhaps?

Woa! Are you guys still here? It seems like I haven't been on here in forever!

Ever since school started it seems like my life has revolved around two things, and two things alone: School, and figuring out ways to avoid school.

But for some reason, blogging just hasn't been one of those things that I've been wanting to do... I know! Weird right?

So I guess I'll just fill you in on everything that's been going on in the life of Jadyn Maree.

You know...

Just so you know I'm not dead...

...or something. :)

-Well one thing that's been goin' on is I have been practicing and stressing my butt off for Regional and Solo & Ensemble auditions at the end of the month! I know we all remember what a disaster that was last year and I'm determined to do better this year. I will nail my scales, I will WoW the judges with my musicality and accuracy on my etudes, and I will NOT let a snobby blondey make me pee my pants before hand and doubt myself again this year! That was just terrible, and I need to buck up and realize that I am talented and that I have been preparing for this and that I don't need to worry about how good anybody else is until after I've auditioned. :) Then I can drool as much as I want over Susie Whatsherbutt and her rad clarinet skills. :)

-I'm asking a boy to MORP. I know! Shocker! Mary (my new Choir/Biotech/Lunch/Seminary friend) is making me. But hey! At least I'm making friends, and at least it'll be a fun time, and at least I'll be going with people with whom I can uphold my standards... and at least I get to ask Mr. MacDreamy to the dance! :) I'm praying that it'll be good times. :)

-Writing a missionary has got ot be one of the most fun things I've ever done! It's so exciting getting a letter in the mail and seeing his handwriting on the front, and writing back is even more fun! I reccomend it to anyone. No joke. :)

Well I guess that is all. I'll be signing off now. :)
