I Spent The Night With A Wolf

Photobucket
And I forgot my camera!
So you're just going to have to take my word for it.
And you're just going to have to have a little faith that when I tell you that I spent the night with one of my very dear friends, Emily, in a house with a wolf that wasn't caged, nor was it leashed.
Because it's true. :)
Now... granted the wolf was technically speaking a "wof dog", but it makes me feel more adventurous to say he was a wolf!
Shall I explain the circumstances?

Emily and I lunched at Pho Candler (the best freaking Vietnamese restaraunt on this side of the valley! Seriously!), Emily and I haven't seen each other in AGES, Emily asks if I want to stay the night with her at the house that she is house sitting at, after hearing her warning that the owners own a wolf who is like 19 years old I enthusiastically agreed!

I swear I was born with a fearlessness towards dogs, because this ginormous beast that greeted me upon entering the cute little home was as wolfy looking as you could get while still being a domesticated dog!
He was huge.
Like.
HUGE.
And he did this teeth clicking thing when he was excited, or wanted to play, or pee, or... anything else really, where he would open his mouth and SMACK! it back shut so that you could hear his teeth click together.
It was completely non agressive, and was just the wolf in him expressing what was on his mind.
Emily warned me that at first it's a little bit frightening because he looks like he's trying to bite you.
But I seriously thought it was the cutest thing EVER!
I had absolutely no problem sitting on the couch and petting while he SMACK! SMACK! SMACK! right in my face. It didn't even phase me! :)
I am 99.9% positive that I will always have a dog in my life.
I may just be one of those freaks, but I just feel connected to them. :)
In a non-psycho way.
If that exists. :)
Point of the story?
I spent the night with a wolf.
And it was awesome! :)
