Je Suis Contente

There is much mayhem and saddness in the home of Jadyn Maree lately, for there is a yucky invasion of head lice. So far, my white flakes have been diagnosed as dandruff, sicknast!, but my poor brother Grant, my Dad, and possibly Grant's twin Trey have been stricken.

We were supposed to be all cured yesterday when we were undergoing drastic shampooing procedures to be rid of the yucky little creatures, and while waiting for our turn, we (the children) all huddled in front of the parents' bed to watch Homeward Bound.

Rylee was rather snuggly, and I very much enjoyed it. :)

Amongst the frequent scalp checks and stinky shampooing, I can't help but smile and say to myself, "Je suis contente, parce que je suis mormon". Why on earth would I let a bit of head lice bother me when I can say a statement like THAT with my head held high? :)
