Let's Talk About Prom

I probably should have re-named this post let's all look at Prom, because I'm only going to play the peanut gallery as I post pictures up from Prom.

"Oh Jadyn! How come??? Why not give us a novel of a synopsis of the entire night?"

Well folks, because it's Prom! Everybody knows what goes on at Prom! You day date, you get ready, you take pictures, you eat, and you dance! :) So I'll give you the rough details of each of the two Proms I got to go to this my Senior year, and then I will over load you with a gazillion and one pictures! Aight? Aight. :)

Desert Ridge Prom:

Theme- La Belle Note / Masquerade (it was never quite clear)

Date- Spencer Hughes

Day Date- Zoo adventure with Mimi and Kurt!

Dinner- Carabbas... freak-to-the-delicious!

Upon walking into the zoo a funny, short man with short dread locks (lik a dread lock afro... a drafro?) ran up to us with his camera and yelled, "Smile!" Then he handed us a ticket and was all, "Hey guys, come over pay at the counter at the exit of the zoo for a copy of this crappy picture I just took of you, aight?" and we were all, "Uhhhh, no way jose!" But we did anyway... you know... since it actually turned out pretty cute. :)

And poor Hayden wished not to smile.

Spring Formal:

Theme- A Night to Remember

Date- Rexx Huish

Day Date- None of which to speak. :) They scheduled the date a week later, for which I was out of town... stay tuned for a post about the trip! :)

Dinner- Cheesecake Factory

...that explains why we're so pissed off at being photo bombed... how dare Lindsay look more attractive than I!

These are the pictures we took once we finally got to the dance! Oh I didn't mention getting lost for an hour and a half on the way to the dance? Oh... well now you've been informed. :)


And there you have it! Prom was quite a blast and I had so much fun with both of the groups that I went with! Thank you so much Rexx and Spencer for asking me to go with you so I didn't have to go alone (because I totally would have), and thanks EPSECIALLY to Kayleen for letting me borrow the beautiful dress! It was a perfect fit and was so comfy to wear both nights. :)
