What Would Happen If We Made an A Cappella Group?

Name Pending

Started out as a group of seven teenagers messing around singing in someone's living room.

Then we began the arrangement and it seemed like it'd be the most medeocre thing on the planet.

We joked about entering ourselves into the Talent Show.

Eh, why not?

We did it anyway!

Nothing can compare to feelings that I was able to feel these past couple of weeks with Name Pending... holy cowboy I just love them! The way that everything just exploded the week before Talent Show auditions blew my mind, and suddenly we were actualy good! We could actually do something with this! And after we won the Talent Show that overwhelming feeling of, "You guys did it. Other people besides yourself think that you are good!", and after the show and the thought that we had all been thinking but hadn't said before then of, "This can't be the last show we put on.. this can't be the last time we perform as Name Pending". We've been working on more material, we're already performing at the Last Pep Assembly of the school year, and we're hoping to find some other venues to perform at before the school year ends... now I can tell my kids that I was "in a band". How fuh-REAKING cool is that?!?! :D

P.S. Yes, yes we did win the Talent Show, along with 100 bones that we're puting into a fund to hopefully spend on making T-Shirts and making a recording of a couple of our songs. :) It's good times. Very good times.
