Someday

Have you ever sat and wondered what your children will look like once you meet a fella and they get born?
Do you ever hope that they will be sweet little angels and not like those stinky, sticky, bratty little children that we've all had to babysit?
And do you ever hope that they will be fun and know right from wrong and that you and your awesomely geeky husband and you will be able to influence your children for the better and culture them in the way that they need in order to survive as decent human beings in this world?
And that they will embrace it?
Well, I have decided that Mimi and I are going to stay friends forever. We'll go to CGCC and I'll meet a drop dead gorgeous brunette and she'll meet a drop dead gorgeous ginger.
We'll live on Pleasant Lane, our babies will be best friends, and unicorns and butterflies will prance around our yards all afternoon.
And come Halloween time these WILL be our children. :)

P.S. I stumbled upon this picture and had to share it... to those of you who are instrumentalists you will agree that this is the STORY OF OUR LIVES! :)

P.P.S. I decided to take a chance on Pintrest recently and see what it's all about. I fell in love and decided to try one of their things out... needless to say, the experiment failed and the rest of the pictures were basically of women with unrealistically GORGEOUS hair... ummm. ok. :) It made me miss long hair. And then I realized that even when my hair was "long" it didn't even have the potential too look remotley like ANYTHING Pintrest worthy. It made me sad with envy.

And then I remembered that short hair is just as beautiful, just a lot less work. And I forgot all about being sad! Woot Woot! :)

I'm thinkin' that Pintrest is more for those people who are either domestic godesses, Broadway hair stylists, or art collectors/artists starving for inspiration... you know, the perect description of me! :D *coughcough*
